14 people killed as gunmen open fire in Brazil night club
At least 14 people were killed and six others injured while some unidentified gunmen opened fire at a night club in Brazil on Saturday.
A group of heavily armed gunmen barged into the club named “Forro Do Gago” in Fortaleza city in Ceara and opened fire at people, police said. Two injured people are still in critical condition.
According to the eyewitnesses, bullet marks were visible on the walls of the club, nearby houses and vehicles parked outside. The bloodstain also was visible in front of the club.
The police have launched an investigation into the shooting. A possibility of the shootout being a part of an ongoing fight between two drug gangs is also being probed.
