Amala Paul granted anticipatory bail in fake registration case

Actress Amala Paul has been granted an anticipatory bail by the Kerala high court in the fake vehicle registration case.

Amala Paul was granted the bail after she appeared before the Crime Branch in connection with the case last day.

Questioned by the Crime Branch in the case, Amala had claimed that she did not evade tax in Kerala and the car was registered in the Puducherry address where she has been residing since 2013.

The actress is accused of evading tax in Kerala by registering her high-end car in a fake address in the Union Territory of Puducherry.
