Actress abduction case: Nadir Shah files anticipatory bail plea

Film director and actor Nadir Shah has filed an anticipatory bail plea in Kerala High Court in the actress abduction case. The petitioner has accused that the police is mentally harassing and threatening him over the case. Meanwhile, the actor informed the police that he is admitted in hospital when police called him for interrogation in the case.

The police has claimed that the statements given by Nadir Shah during the first phase of questioning. The police had summoned him yesterday to be present at Aluva police club for questioning in the case. But the actor immediately got admitted in a private hospital in Kochi and informed the police that he is suffering from heart pain.

Earlier, the police had questioned the director with actor Dileep. But the police claimed that he was not true in his statements. The police say that they need to question him again to get more clarifications on the matter.
